■ Please confirm in advance

• All building is "No Smoking". Smoke only outside, even if it's rainy or cold.
• Infants(0-5) are not allowed to stay.
• If you cannot arrive by 18:00, we cannot serve you dinner.
• We cannot cope with food habits (religion, food ideology, eating behavior, likes and dislikes) and food allergies.
• If you do not require dinner, please reply to the e-mail sent by us, when you book.
• There is no pick-up service. Please plan an access method carefully, with enough time margin.
• Due to the location on a slope, stair climbing is unavoidable.

■ Reservation guide for ISOLANA

• JALAN-NET Global Website is the only way that international travelers can book ISOLANA.
• JALAN-NET is one of the largest online hotels, Ryokans, and Pensions booking site in Japan.
• If you live in Japan, you can of course still use the JALAN-NET Global Website.

■ Notes for booking

• Reservations must be completed through the JALAN-NET Global Website.
• Credit card information must be entered on the JALAN-NET to complete the payment at the same time as reservation.
• The booking and payment must be made at the same time. Even if you have made a reservation by other means,
  unless you have paid the room charge at the same time as booking process, the reservation will be cancelled.
• Reservations can be made about 2 months in advance. Reservations must be completed at least 3 days in advance.
• Max.2 nights staying.

■ Booking preparation items

• Credit card information, travel date(s), number of people, and e-mail address.
  You must be able to receive email, even if sent from a PC.

■ Details of booking process

1. Jump to JALAN-NET Grobal Website for ISOLANA
2. Select language by the pull-down menu. English is basic one. Chinese, Korean, Thai, Malay, Indonesian, are selectable.
3. You will need to re-enter your travel dates and the number of people to "Change Date" column, and search.
   "Room(s)" must be entered as ‘1’. Because it is not possible to book several rooms at the same time.
   If you need two rooms, please reserve each room separately.
   If it displays ‘We are sorry,....’ at "Availability", the dates, number of people and number of rooms are incorrect.
4. Select a room from "Availability".
5. Input to "Guest Information"
   Fill in the mandatory fields. Obtain a passcode by e-mail and enter the passcode. >>> Continue to Next.
6. Input of your credit card information. >>> Continue to Next.
7. Final confirmation for details. >>> Proceed to Reserve and complete the reservation.
8. Receive confirmation email from JALAN-NET. This email cannot be replied to.
9. In addition, ISOLANA will send an email to your registered email address, with information and notes.
   You can reply and discuss, if necessary. For example, "No dinner required", "Traffic access inquired", and so on.

■ Travel Preparations

• Please plan your trip carefully, making sure you have enough time for transportation and sightseeing objectives.
• Additional charges such as beverages must be paid in cash (Japanese YEN) on the day of your stay.
  Please prepare Japanese YEN cash in advance for this case.
• In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy.
